Hearts gameplay
Hearts is a card-based online game arranged in a deck of 52 playing cards. The entire deck is arranged in four sets with Ace as the highest card and 2 as the lowest for each set. A total of 4 individuals can play this game at a time and the total points collected can be 100.
A dealer is selected at the game’s onset and one card is drawn by each player from the shuffled deck. The distribution continues until each player collects 13 cards. The trick-taking game is set such that each player must not fall for the trick card revealed in each hand. The player who has collected the lowest points wins the game.
The steps to play the online Hearts game include
- A player with 2 of Clubs begins the game and card revelation moves clockwise.
- The next card in the hand should out-rank its previous reveal.
- In case such an out-ranking card is not available to the next player, the lead takes the round.
- The absence of any clubs to a player restricts them from using the Hearts cards or the Queen of Spades.
- A player with the lowest points wins the round.
- The next round continues with the winning player starting the lead.
